I registered a domain with serverffs.com and they still didnt the domain name till now . ive paid the cash and i tried to tell them by support ticket , but no reply , live chat no reply and even sent them email . i have collected proofs and all the msg i see is


"This server is pending activation, it'll be activated as soon as possible.
You'll receive an E-Mail once it has been activated!"


"Our automated system responsible for activating your order has detected an error while setting it up.
It has automatically notified one of our engineers who will look into this issue and resolve it manually.
As soon as it has been resolved or more information is available, we'll contact you immediately."

I feel extremely annoyed by them , i already bought vps and time is running .

How long its been since no service ? Call them first and try to resolve. If its 2 days or over call your credit card company and do a chargeback. In mean time register your domain with reputable/good company. Do quick research always first.
