its the firs time i've use namecheap actually so i need help where i can find the tab to where i can change the name servers of my domains..

where exactly can i see it from my account?

Login to Namecheap and go to My Account > Manage Domains.
Click on the domain you want to edit and you'll see Domain Name Server Setup in the left menu.

thanks. why does sometimes it will take 72 hours to propagate?

It can take up to 96 hours.

It depends on the DNS expire period and the TTL (Time To Live) period.

Why not to contact them directly and ask their support team to help you in solving the problem you faced?
