No it does not, well not in any version of the English language that I know of, even the merrycans haven't basterdised the word private that much.
If the word existed it would indicate a differentiation between two areas considered to be private.
Private means "A confidential discussion between parties" or "an area set aside for privacy".
The word private means private, much like unique means only one exists, something is private or not.
It might be said that one area offers more privacy over another, meaning less likely to be overheard or seen. BUT saying "here is "privater" than there" definitely NOT English.
