Hello,

I write on behalf of a friend that has scammed his domain name and to warn about this registrant who is based in Japan, but buying domains from Enom, asking for 40 euros for one year. The whole story consists:

He keeps one domain with them and a site with info - Health topics mostly. I've seen it, does not want to mention it, but really white site with articles and optimized as well. Nothing bed for any domain registrant or hosting company. And the proof comes with the many years of working like a normal business. The bad thing is that the info of whois is not his any more. AnonymousSpeech.com registrant, who has register the domain with enom.com, has placed their details, and now the domain is not his any more. He can not move it, take it, or even want to do anything with it.

He tried to contact them by email but the response was unequivocal:

.. No phones and no e-mail - a scammy thing.

After a few days he has seen the same message in the account:

Just going to move the domain in order to save it somehow, but saw the inscription:

Quote:
No refunds will be given if we can not transfer your domain name due to the above stated information or a wrong provided authorization code.
I write it and if someone has a domain there to try to take it or move it because not very sure how long will his foolishness and what will come out against him, to take it.
The domain is not involved in any of this. As a reason they do not like the content. WTF? I don't like Justin Bieber, but who cares?

Godaddy at least give you the chance to pay some amount of money, when someone report you, they see is it true and move it. The respect of ownership is really their policy.

He has no place to give explanation and get some help. So, this is the way to let people know what could happen is they keep their domains with AnonymousSpeech.com

Will continue posting about the problem.

BEWARE! AnonymousSpeech.com - SCAM!!!

So what exactly is it that you are trying to say?

That the domain expired and somebody else registered it??

I know they were kind of doing some shady business but isn't it your or the domain owner's responsibility to know when a domain expires and to re-register it?

I get reminders from my register/host all the time - wonder why you didn't though.
