.co.cc domain are banned from google, so there's no point using them. .tk domains are too often used for criminal activity, so uare also not attractive.

Free hosts do not have any responsibility before clients thus may disappear. Unsustainable.

You are better off going with a paid hosting shared plan to get the best out of reliability and features like cPanel.

Nothing is better than getting hosting from a reliable tested and PAID company. Some of them are offering free domains inside the hosting plans.

A domain for $8 is totally worth it, don't use crap domains like this. (never pay more than that for a .com even on Godaddy, just Google a coupon code during check out.)
