Without putting the names of them on here, my general question was if you think you have a domain name that is of interest is it best just to put it on an auction or do people go into a type of business agreement. One holds the name another produces the site money made is split.
Is there somewhere you can post these types of projects

For a domain, the sole owner can do whatever he wants with it. Usually, if someone wants to buy the domain, they will have a transfer of ownership and the new owner can do whatever he wants with it.

The business agreement never happens in my experience (I've been doing this for over a decade).
