Hey guys, I'm working on a url redirection service right now, and I'd love to be able to get a .to domain, but a friend told me that I can only get .to.it domains, unless I use "tricky DNS shaping".

I was wondering if there is anyone out there who could direct me in the right location as to how to do something like this? I've searched a bit, and it seems a little rare? I dont know..
