Hi all,
Recently my domain was hacked and hijacked somehow, I dont know how but the person managed to change the dns, and the password for the registrar, after 2 months the registrar finally decided to give me my domain back, but not before me sending like 50 emails.
anyway, I got a new host, began uploading the site content again, and lo behold it got hacked again, my registrar is not fixing the problem and I dont know what to do, I have the email of the *hacker because he sent me a lot of spam and hate mail.
My site is www.bestfreetemplates.net and the domain registrar is www.netfirms.com

Please Help,

well, the first thing I would do is run a virus scan on your PC for any sort of virus (more specificaly, Trojan Horses, key stroke loggers and so on). Then I would contact the domain company you bought the domain from, and see if they will deall with the issue once and for all by trandfering the domain back into your name, and forcing you to choose a password that is next to impossible to crack. Here is a good example of one

jddd833d@SD$@%^&

If the password has to be unde 8 characters or so - #DF$d3^&

I would also keep all emails sent from him to yourself, and send them to his ISP, informing then of his activities. Following that, swap your domain name over to a more reputable service such as godaddy.com or something.

Just my 2 cents.

Go GoDaddy, that's all I can say since I have no experience in stopping hackers and what not.
