I knew this company was a bad choice since their paypal system was bugged a long time ago which enabled people to exploit their system and buy more than what they paid for which they didn't fix until they did a site make over about a year or 2 later.

They then removed paypal payments from their system which left me with no method of paying for domains.

When they recently reactivated paypal payments, every payment I send is not registering in their system and whenever I contact them about it they think I am trying to scam them even if I provide them with a walkthrough on how to find my payment in paypal!

Their support is slow and crap. Their live support is barely answered and when they answered me they were most unhelpful and basically said "dont have access to paypal sorry cant do it bye" and was most unprofessional.

My domain gametoplist.com has been left expired and unlocked for days because of them.

I've heard horror stories of them, check google, and its disgraceful.

I think I'll use godaddy in future.

I had a lot of trouble with them as well like paying for domains which become unregistered by themselves a while later and needing re-registration!

Godaddy is good

I would not recommend REGISTERFLY.COM. They offer a great deal from time to time to transfer domains to them for $3.99 per domain name, but you get what you pay for, which could be absolutely nothing. I faxed them a list of over 300 domain names to transfer. They told me to add funds ($1250.00) to my account, which I did. Then they did nothing for over a week.

After many calls and emails, I finally got them to agree to refund my money. They said they processed the refund , but they didn't. When I disputed the charge with Amex, Registerfly suspended my account and told me I owed them $185.00 for disputing the charge. After talking to a very rude guy in their risk management department, they asked me to give them a second chance, probably because they really didn't want to refund me my money. They reactivated my account without charging me any fees, but they never should have suspended my account in the first place.

So, like a fool, I started the process all over again and added more money to my account. So far, they haven't processed my request and I'm back in the same situation I was in two weeks ago. They haven't responded to my emails and I get a runaround when I talk to anyone at Registerfly.

Today, I did a Google search for "Registerfly" and discovered numerous web sites devoted to complaints against Registerfly.com. The people at Registerfly are not dealing fairly with people and something bad is going on there. So, as soon as I can, I intend to transfer the domain names I already have with them and will move them to someone I can trust.

I HAVE ACCOUNTS in both of them [registerfly] and [godaddy]...

I think they are "FINE" ..

that does not mean that you won't. i've used them for two years. two nights ago shortly after registering two domains my account was suspended. i received registration AND payment confirmation, went to set the DNS entrys and BOOM...i couldn't log in.

so far 4 e-mails and a 35 min phone call to a support operator who decided to hang up when my turn came up have proved futile.

so just because you haven't been burned yet doen't mean you won't. look at registerfly as the paypal of registrars and be cautious.

Ive been with Registerfly, ive gone through the transfering, the renewing etc and havent had a problem with them yet, and ive been there for year or more now

I was thinking that registerfly give us great service. Expecially about the domain price. Thanks for your information guys
