Your concept is faulty.
A domain is worth only what somone will pay for it.
Although word length is a factor you can't expect all 5 letter domains to sell within the same price
range as some words are much more valuable than others.
I picked 5 as an example. It's true for any length domain.
I suggest you see if initis is registered in any other extension.
It's not. This means there's not much interest.
But you have the .Com and .Com rules so go to Google and type in initis and see how
and if it's being used.
You'll see that it is being used on 16,600 pages indexed by Google
and that it is a word that has a definition.
You'll see it's a medical word meaning "Inflammation of fibrous tissue".
Next, go to: http://inventory.overture.com/d/sear...ry/suggestion/
Type in initis in the box and you'll see that initis was searched for 26 times last month.
This is a very low number but better than zero.
If you want to sell it, you should target the medical community as I believe
they are the only one's who would be interested in this domain.
