Ok.. How much would it be worth if i put a site up on both of them?

They will be worth whatever someone is willing to pay. if nobody wants them they are worth nothing.

It will depend heavily on the traffic, content, revenue etc etc. But as always it will be worth as much as anyone is willing to pay for it - its extremely difficult to guesstimate value for these types of things...
