Checked some names other day and they were available on Moniker but not on Godaddy. Since Moniker was more expensive $19 before discounts, did not reg.
Can any1 explain why some are available on Moniker but not on Godaddy?

I've noticed some registars run a day behind or show domains are available when they are not. Not sure why though.
