What would you do with the-great-depression.com?

I'm a novice, but it looks like the phrase "The Great Depression" has 181,153 occurrences and with a prediction of 3,642 hits a day -- now, I realize that the hyphens lower the value of type-ins, but I'm thinking that because the search engines ignore hypehsn, this ought to be a very marketable item.

What would you do with it?

Just put it up for sale? Put 150 reviews of books on the Great Depression with clickable links to Amazon? Or, just turn it over to a vendor to place ads?

I think it's up to you what you want to do with the domain. It would seem like a good domain to have for a site about "The Great Depression" whether it's a site devoted to the history, the causes, etc.

I would think you could also use the domain for a site with a topic on depression in general.

I don't know how you arrived at the search numbers, but I don't think either is accurate.

If you are good in history that domain name would be greate for site about that period. You also may create a game about that times. I think that the last variant will be better to get money. Sell it - very simple and uneffective.

So, a game site or a psychological site about depression and how to overcome it, rather topical, I'd say.

How did you arrive at those search engine figures? It seems like people would be more likely to search for just "depression" or "the depression," rather than type in "the great depression."

If you think you can make money with it, then use whatever method will pay you the most. The idea is to make as much money as possible, right?

depends on how much you know about depression or the great depression of the 30's .... it could be a good information site on either of the topics.... ofcourse the easy way out is to just sell it....
