What would the intended purpose be? Are you wanting to resell or develop. I am not a pro, but I do not think you could get much for the domain by reselling.
What would the purpose of the site be? Just judging from the domain name, it almost sounds as if it is a resource for finding pirated music and movies.
A site about the history of pirates might be kind of cool though. After all, the Disney movies have definitely created a popularity around this piece of history.
