Anybody care to share their opinions/thoughts about these two domains?

InOnlineTrading.com, as in International Online Trading. Good memorizable domain name. The term "In Online Trading" gets about 130 searches a day according to Overture.

LowRateCash.com, good name for loans. It is easelly memorizable.

Any ideas what these are worth without site or traffic?

I couldn't tell you what they are worth, but I'll give you my opinion on the names.

I don't like InOnlineTrading.com. I guess its the "In" that turns me off. Maybe if it was "Int" instead I could see it working.

I like the other one though. It would were great for a payday loan-type of website.

Anyway, there's my 2-cents.

what's the online trading for? stock? commodity? products? information? jobs? what the site for?

I couldn't agree more,"in" isn't associated with "international", I'm afraid, you'd better use "inter" instead.
