No worries for that, alot of domains not owned by Nintendo have "Nintendo" in it. They actually support a few of them. GoNintendo.com actually got support from Nintendo itself to develop the site.

Most of these video companies welcome these unauthorized websites as free advertising. When the Playstation 3 was released Ebay was saturated with domain name offers for the system.

Nintendo.eu.com is good, but it will definitely need to be marketed to help people remember the .eu.
