Hi All

Please please please help me. Im an idiot. Yesterday I found a domain name that the .co.uk was registered but the .com was not.

My auto complete was not set up on my computer so now I cant remember what what it was, I have tried looking in my history etc. is there any way I can look on my computer and find what names I searched yesterday.

I normally write down all good names I have interest in but this time I must of got distracted.

Feeling gutted now

Ha ha ha, you are indeed a dude - I suggest you are getting a pen and a piece of paper to keep at hand. That might save another great domain name one day!

Depending on what site you searched, and the nature of your form post, you MIGHT be able to pull this trick off:

1) Type the domain name of the place you were searching for domains ONLY (e.g. http://www.domaintools.com/). Very important: don't hit Enter.

2) Wait a couple of seconds to see what URLs appear in the address bar after that (they're not affected by AutoComplete.) See if any of them contain your .co.uk domain name.

I don't know if this will work or not, but you might catch lightning in a bottle.
