Can anybody tell me which domain name will be better to start a new website
.com or .in or .info - ? I am thinking .com but whats second best?

It makes no difference really.

.com then .net IMO.

com for commercials
net for networks
info for personal type etc
org for organizations

but i prefer for com.

.info is really the best imo

In general I really prefer .com but it depends on the type of site too

I prefer .com why? ask yourself the last time you didn't remember a domain name whether .com .info .org, which one did you try first?

If you are trying to have a domain that you want people to remember, most people will try the .com first. If you are always going to get traffic with links, it really doesnt matter.

I would go with .com/.net then .info

.com would be my first pick, but if you can get an awesome .info domain... take the awesome one. Best of luck.

buy a few domains they are quite cheap at the moment .infos going for $0.99! Users sometimes type the wrong tld and it saves your users being redirected to some link farm.
However if i had to choose .com all the way. Sounds more professional.
