I've heard that there is some problem (according to ICANN) that if there is a mass movement by countries that do not use English characters at the top-level domain, the whole domain system could crash...does anyone know more about this, and how real of a threat is this to the top-level domain. Is overexploiting this threat in order to keep its control?
