Hello,

I've tried to tranfer a domain that i have at dailyrazor.com ( a year ago when i bought a hosting package).

I've tried for 15 days to have the EPP code to allow transfer, and when i had it they didn't allowed the transfer, which is against the ICANN policy, what you guys would do about it?

I will contact ICANN about it, but further details about guys like you who had such issues would be great to share with me,

Thanks for any idea since i can't transfer that domain with they and they don't give good explainations, their support always says they transfered the support ticket to another guy and etc etc...

Thanks for any help,
Patrick

I have a feeling I may have answered a post about this on another forum and it's resolved (or at least at a different stage) since your post here - is that correct?

Otherwise, I'd suggest finding out who the ICANN accredited registrar are (assuming that dailyrazor.com aren't - which is most likely) - this will be listed in the WHOIS. Once you've got that information, you can contact them for help.

It isn't the ICANN accredited registrar's fault if they haven't been involved in the process, so I guess that ICANN probably wouldn't help too much?

What was is transfer denied code/comment?
This will be provided by the registrar you are trying to transfer your domain at.

But, as damien_ls said the best way is to contact the ICCAN registrar through whois information and ask them.

For reference, this issue was also posted here: http://www.v7n.com/forums/web-hostin...-transfer.html

Looks like it's either resolved, or at least due to hotmail filtering the transfer email etc.
