The only cost is the hosting fee.
I have never advertised & never promoted the website.
Traffic 90% from search engine.
10% from other sites.

I'm thinking to sell my website soon,not now.

No idea. I think the income it's bringing is far more valuable than the search position, though.

I would say $10,000 - $15,000. Let me know whan you are ready to sell.

15,000-20,000 no problem for this site .

Due to you should at least get 10 x month revnue for a sale.
Some buyers hold out for 20 x month revenue, which could be a smart move for you.

If you sell at 10k you'd have some clients. But you will need to show contacts on advertisements... or sales stats
