WebHostingCourt.com is a very good name in my opinion. You can open a community where people can talk about webhosts. People can share experiences with their host and if they have conflict with their hosts...

For example, a customer buy a server, and the server never set up - or charge more... The customer then go to WHC.com and ask for help. Or if they have a problem with their host, billing issues, downs, etc etc... Very attractive name. And you can make revenues from ads/premium member.
