I own this domain name & I am open to offers of either: 1. someone buying this direct from me, 2. Someone giving me an advance fee plus paying hosting & design costs & operating the website themselves for which I would get an agreeable percentage of all revenue, 3. Someone who could sell the domain for me for decent money in return for paying me an advance & an agreed split in the sale of the domain name.
