I think you have priced it incorrectly, anybody with the right-mind would not buy something that dear, to say they could get a PR7+ for nothing, as long as they get linked alot.

PR7 Site is worth is $15,000 because when you think about the ad space. Home page links on a PR7 are worth $100 per month you could sell 20 slots, 30 character sponsored text links. That's $24,000 per year. That means you could buy it and make all that cash back within the first year.

Predicationally, the links all have to natural not bought PR,
With a fully developed site not just the domain.
I would try to talk you down down to $5,000.
