Domain Names for Sale

I was wondering where I can get a domain (no more that 60$ a month) that has an easy-to-use webBuilder like GeoCities has. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Because my dad doesn't want to use GeoCities. He wants an actual www.blank.com domain for his business.

Geocities offers www.yourdomain.com too. I think they are these plans: http://billing.mail.yahoo.com/ds/ChoosePackage?.src=wh

But they are sort of expensive.
