can you verify stats
the site has no recip links on the search engines and is not registered with them either and since it is a net domain with a hyphen - its very very doubtful the site will get any traffic from type ins

Ok good point but this is just for a domain name it is not on a server and has not been advertised.

But think of this http://www.ezine-blaze.com/ owned by a Major Markter and it gets traffic by type ins.

Thus the reason for traffic-blaze.net

i know it is just for the domain. i am not disputing that sites with hyphens can get traffic - ive got a few sites with hyphens in them.

But unless a domain name with a hyphen in it (and a net extension to boot) has been a site before then its very unlikely it will get any type in traffic. And there is no record of the site on archive.org (http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://...ffic-blaze.net)

maybe im picking you up wrong

but when you said "The name is very popular even though it is a .net" i assumed you meant it already had traffic on it

Remeber this though, if ( and I said if ) you are interested in posting to search engines the Traffic and Blaze will be used as 2 different keywords, where trafiicblaze would be used as one.

So you will get the traffic from the word traffic ( if meta tags are correct that is ) But the word Traffic is one of the most used phrases on the Internet.

My websites get about 36% of their traffic from search engines alone.

You must not depend upon someone just typing in your URL, thats what Internet Keywords are used for.

Just something to think about.

well for one blaze is not something that is very popular in search engines

meta tags wont do much if anything to your traffic

thats got nothing to do with anything - you stated that the name was popular - which made me assume it was getting type ins - though it is apparant that it isnt.

Anyway - sorry for dogging on your sale thread - i thought that you said the domain had type ins which it doesnt
