In addition to just using this domain for download / upload of videos. RSS technology can be implemented to syndicate videos / clips from the major sites like youtube etc. In this case, the webmaster of this site does not have to maintain it too often as the content is syndicated.

Videos / clips are coming very popular especially near future in the united states it is the top ten regions that searches for 'Free Clips' (top 7) and 'Clips' (top 5). [According to Google Trends]
