Despite the fact that you don't make any money off the site, if you can backup the traffic numbers, someone else could make at least a dollar per active member.
1500.00 - 2500.00 for the Domain and Website with all content intact (and at least 6 months of hosting at current location).
Could be more. The site is original and unique. Has a couple of design flaws, but well done, overall.
Gaming portals generate revenue. Just because yours doesn't doesn't mean it won't in someone else's hands. Has great possibilities and potential. Unfortunately, appraisal here is low because it's based on traffic and numbers need to be backed-up.
The Domain name is a good one for this genre, though it could be more specific and relate to it's content better. But since it's a traffic Domain, it fairs better.
If you have someone actively looking to buy this website from you, I would say double these numbers. This estimate is for you if you took the site to market, not if you were approached by an interested party. In fact, no website is worth less than 2,500.00 if someone approaches you for it when you haven't even put it on the market. They see something special there. They want it. Make them pay a premium for it.
Twisted Portal, while non-descript, is also very brandable. The Domain alon may be worth up to 2 grand to a Domainer because it may generate a great deal of type-in traffic from gamers and freaks scouring the net. It is a logical two word phrase for someone to explore when looking for a twisted sister portal or a gaming portal.
Domainers usually appraise low. This has changed. At one time everyone appraised high because everyone was so optimistic. Nowadays, most Domainers are appraising low because they want to buy it and resell it.
I am still appraising this Domain and website low. It needs to be backed up with some traffic numbers and stats.
