Domain Names for Sale

My Opinion/Experience and Advice:
I bought a domain and of course the whois info changed. The PR of the site was a 5 and now it is zero. Just as soon as it propogated. My advise is to never...NEVER... buy a domain
name from someone else. Buy the site and copyright rights but not the domain. Make sure that if you do buy the site that the previous owners get rid of the domain that they had with it
or that will screw you up too. Just some helpful, friendly advice.
Does anyone have anything else to add?

This is not really true. Example, I am selling a PR 4 domain...it wont change. Maybe you did it right around the PR update OR its a fake PR

I don't think you put significant research into your DN, or may have recieved a fake PR checking site.
