Hmm...looking at those domains, most of them look pretty useless. I wouldn't pay more than $25 for any one of those domains, and they're charging $150 for the ones for which I would be willing to pay more.
I've seen better domains, just typing and testing on NetworkSolutions. Even though I haven't gotten myself to register it, I always like to dream. I have about 10 good domains that I can register. I just hope they're not taken by the time it's time.

Thanks for the feedback, it's all part of learning this fun 2ndary market/business. Domain Dealers in essence are only speculators, yaknow.. We aim to buy quality names which we feel would be of value to the end user or other resellers many times buy names from a domain dealer and they turn around and market them to high end buyers.
Which ones were you speaking of, that you did like, and would be willing to pay more then $25 for?
That's just a partial list of the names we own. What 'industry' or site 'theme' type names would interest you?
Sincerely: msWandaMay

Kain
When a domain is 'resold' and a 'new owner' becomes the registrant, the remaining time on that registration is already paid for the new owner. When the registration is near expiry, the registrar will send the owner (new owner) a reminder. All registrants/owners have 30 day's grace from the expiry date due to what ICANN calls 'grace period'
If the owner chooses to renew the domain, then they would be responsible for any renewal fee's, as the name is their intellectual property at that point.
We do not charge a fee for ownership transfer & we offer same day service. Along with custom banner & logo for all domains purchased through our organization.
Most of our names still have a good amt. of time left on the registration. Matter of fact, i just reviwed the list again, and all but 2 on that list were reg'd first quarter of this year, so they have a long time left on the registration.
All reasonable offers will be considered!
Thankyou!

Hi SiteTutor,
I would be willing to pay $35 or a bit more for some of these domains, if they fit the purpose of my site, of course:
http://www.scriptfield.com/ (maybe)
http://www.enginehost.com/ (interesting name for a host)
http://www.theaffiliate.biz/ (this is a great name, IMO)
http://www.cherrykisses.com/ (more feminine but excellent domain )
http://www.skatefever.com/ (maybe for a skating site?)
http://www.dowview.com/ (maybe for a stock site?)
http://www.headlinecorp.com/ (maybe for a news site?)
http://www.imagechest.com/ (agreed...great for image hosting site)
http://www.zendora.com/ (sounds very professional)
http://www.freeblaze.com/ (maybe; kinda sounds like 1stBlaze)
http://www.pulitzerprize.net/ (great for a book site!)
http://www.pokerboat.com/ (maybe...not too great though)
http://www.childlogic.com/ (maybe; more for non-profit orgs)
The ones marked "maybe" could be anything in the $20-35 price range. The ones without a "maybe" could be worth anything from $35-60 apiece. TheAffiliate.biz and ImageChest may be worth anything from $75-$100 (those are my favorites, at least). However, I couldn't imagine paying any more than $100 for a domain, unless it's something like mad.com (which recently sold for thousands, I believe). However, there are many people (eccentric, imo ) out there would are really willing to shell out such cash for great domains, so you might get buyers willing to pay up to $250 for ones that I would rank as $100-quality domains.
Good luck!

Thanks for the detailed follow up. This is how domain deals are made, folks need to be 'straight out' when we're dealing. This is what I solicit, your total realistic feedback, and it helps to know what you like, why you like it, and the type of 'theme' you vision for the site.
I'll follup with a complete proposal by personal email. Thanks for being upfront, it helps us to "fairly" deal with the end user/buyer.
Got two folks interested in EngineHost.com for a pkg. I offered the two for $150. Cause the one party wanted only the .com in it, and I told him we'de sell them both for $150, cause he'll loose his marketing rear to who ever buys the .net (possibly) and 'host' providers are 'networks' and it makes more sense for a host to market a .net site.. (but he should also have the .com tucked in his back pocket to protect his rear)
Sincerely!
Wanda May

Hi SiteTutor,
I really thought that EngineHost was a great name. Though the .net is not worth as much as the .com, the .com would probably be worth around $70 (and the .net considerably less, probably at around $30). However, the price of the .net got boosted up dramatically, since as you said:

So all in all, I thought that was a great deal that you dealt with the customer! Pretty fair for both sides!

Conker,
I'm gonna be straight out with you on negotiations. I appreciate your previous feed back on pricing & those you are interested in. I have carefully thought out the best plan for both sides. You appear to be interested in acquiring MORE then one domain name, so I have made some allowences on pricing, due to this being a multiple domain transaction.
I know I wrote I would personally email you the proposal, but it's available to anyone that reads this post, so it's all on the table, and available to anyone.
Here's the offer.
* first, you seem to be most interested in
www.TheAffiliate.Biz & ImageChest.com
I agree that TheAffiliate.Biz is profound, excellent recall & is straight and too the point, and get's MASSIVE SEARCHES every day across all engines. If I had time I would personally revamp, and rebuild and get that site listed in top 10 with engines, and it would be a financial cakewalk from there. This name has huge potential, more so then any of the domain names listed. It's a RealWinner.
I'll sell you BOTH
TheAffiliate.Biz & ImageChest.com for a total pkg. price of $150
$150 total & you acquire ownership of both.
If you purchase those two, then, I will agree to the following pricing for any of the names below.
ScriptField.com $25
SkateFever.com $35
DowView.com $25
HeadlineCorp.com $50 (perfect naming, a spin off HeadlineNews/CNN.. and it's NOT INFRINGING ON ANY TM issue.
FreeBlaze.com $35 (****, that's a winner too & alone by it'self, this name is priced at $70 bottom line price.
It's perfect for 'webmaster free tools & resource portal' would get huge traffic.
PokerBoat.com $40
ChildLogic.com $35
EngineHost.com & .net (you can buy them together as a pkg. for $125FIRM only if your buying multiple names)
this pkg. alone is $150 (with no other names purchased)
CherryKisses.com $60 FIRM (as a multi trans. price only) Alone, the price is $100 FIRM
Zendora.com $50 (ideal for gaming, software or anything one wanted to BRAND)
PulitzerPrize.net $40 (as a multi name price) Alone $75 FIRM
Thankyou for your interest in our showcase domains!

SiteTutor, lol, you're making my mouth drool. I would love to get my hands on those domains, but the problem is that I don't have any sites (nor am I planning to create any sites) with that type of topic. And living in China, I don't have any access whatsoever to any affiliate program.
However, I have posted your offer at FreeWebspace.net to see if there are any takers there. They will be referred to your Domains@SiteTutor.com address. Please take a look at this post:

wow~ I am impressed conker. Thanks for the support & exposure of our domain showcase. If you wanted to 'agent market/promote' our whole showcase (there are more then what i've posted here) we could let you run with the ball & you bring in buyers & you earn 20% of the end ticket price. Except for www.AirfareAnywhere.com (live 4+yrs) and our FIRM bottom line is $5K on that (but, could go for $25-$50K if marketed to the right end user) On that name, we are offering anyone 50% cut if they find a buyer. So, you could market the name @ whatever price you wish & know that 1/2 of the end sales price would be yours.
Thanks for your positive feedback! Have a great day

The slogan for "SpinelessRat" is
"If YOU.... or someone YOU KNOW....
is a SpinelessRat.....
We got a trapper big eNuff"
* site theme: corporate whistle blowN forum board, chat, and corp. gag gifts
ie: custom dart boards... send in the photo of the person you want on the dart board.. and we custom make the dart board.
??? If you saw SPINELESSRAT.COM on a billboard...... would you click that rat?? just to see what the H*** is on that site?
i think it'de get RatClicks myself.. if only out of curiosity..
and now with enron, and wcomm & all the corp. investigations..
hmmm wow.. it's time to make rat's fly.

Well, if I'm lucky.... www.EngineRank.com will have a new owner today... in neg'ions currently with a Registrar~seo provider..
we did a 'select' marketing promo on that name.. and a Registrar replied & I spent time on the phone yesterday with them, and suppose to close/ink the deal today.
Wish me luck....
but.. the RatPkg.. is still an open piece of work for sale!
