Well, this is a bit off-topic, but if you asked me, I will hijack my thread too.
I use MB because I cannot accept paypal (country restrictions, I am in a send only country). Thus I do not know the Paypal rates. As I read, I learned that MB is cheaper, and that there are less fraud (if you use it, you will see they have a lot of precaution measures). What I like more in Moneybookers is that they have a very cheap escrow service, so I recommend them using when selling your valued domains.
Fees depend on countries too, but as I suppose you are from UK, then for uploading funds there are no fees for you, and for withdrawing funds, there is a standard fee of 1.80 euro.
To send money there is a 1% fee (up to 0.50euro). to receive money it is free.
The escrow is paid by buyer only and it is 1% of the transaction (the lowest I ever saw).
And they are safer than Paypal. But not that big and well known. I will continue using MB instead of Paypal even after I will be able to receive funds through them. Just worked great for me.

Regarding my sales, if anybody is interested I can accept Paypal too (if that is the only method of payment), but add 5% more to the price, as it is my friend's account who lives in GB, and not mine.
