Domain Names for Sale

I am too busy with life to update my website at this moment, but I don't want it to languish so I am offering the use of my domain name (mindkicker.com) and hosting service to whoever thinks they could use it the most. My site is currently at a ranking of PR3.

A few small things about this.
You must have a plan for the website.
You must have 50 or more valuable content pages in two months.
You must have one of my Google Adsense advertisements on at least every other page, and one of my text-link ads on at least every fourth page.

Right now with the hosting I have you would have nine databases (I am using one for my own personal needs), 5000MB of Disk Space and 250000MB of Bandwidth. Hosting is Linux.

Give me your plan for the site and I will let you know!

Who takes ownership of the domain name? If you retain ownership what is to stop you from just selling the domain after I have started to build a steady stream of traffic?

I might be interested but "leasing" a domain name is out of the question for me.

I would retain ownership. As far as what prevents me from selling the domain after you build a steady stream of traffic? Several things.

1. I love the name and don't want to give up ownership.
2. I'm a pack rat.
3. I'll get a contract for us to sign that says I won't sell the domain.

why not create your own website using sub domain or purchasing a .info domain for 2$. free web hosting at http://fasthoster.info 7 databases your own ads banners 10gb bandwidth and 300mb space try http://fasthoster.info

This is one of the most silly proposals I've heard. How about I build a house and pay for the house, but you can live in it and keep the profits once sold? How does that sound to you?
