Domain Names for Sale

I am redesiging a web site and the old host for it dropped. I just took on the client but i don't know how to change the Name Server from the old site to the new name server. Where would I go / What would I do to change them to the new name server when i don't know how it was originally registered??

First, what registrar are you using?

I emailed the original person and they used verisign. I'm not sure how to get it changed.

The original webmaster sent me the login information for the site so i've changed the name server. Thanks.
