im looking for the cheapest way to get my community started
i am in need of a CMS that gives points to users that upload media, (pix, videos) and post on forums, then can spend the points for different things.
admin section to approve/disapprove of every media file they submit
also needs to have referral system that they can earn points for referring other members
something prefab would be best , being funds are low,
