My business partner and I are starting up a new website and are seeking the help of better programmers than ourselves. Where are some good locations to go (websites/forums) to find this help to hire. Mainly we only need them for the Credit Card, Paypal, and Google Checkout aspect of the site, but would probably have them involved in other parts as well. Thanks

Here would be a good place to start. There are guys like chrishirst and vangogh who know that sort of thing and I think they're available.

Hi, I use shopping cart from Qualiteam - LiteCommerce. They have just finished implementation of GoogleCheckout, and they had PayPal addon long ago. And they do custom programming. So, if you website is php, you can hire great php coders from Qualiteam. They call it "development services": http://www.litecommerce.com/custom_development.html

I believe, they charge 29 bucks/hour

Instead of searchin for programmers at forums you can go for freelance website like www.rentacoder.com , www.elance.com or www.getafreelancer.com
