The stock photo thing is becoming more and more ridiculous, since the meaningless images of some lady looking up at a camera 6 feet directly over her head are getting used more and more (where the hell does that occur in the business world outside of on surveillance tapes, anyway?)
Portfolio images and a logo should be enough. It's really the content that matters, and whether or not it attracts your target market (the part that really, REALLY matters.)
I think gos1 has a bit of a point in that your layout could stand to be improved, but you don't necessarily need many (if any) graphics to do so. Use CSS, create a default font, pick some subtle colors out, and you'll be all set.
