I know this is a personal question, but it's for a legitimate cause - I want to go into web design and I'd be interested in knowing how much freelance web designers charge per hour and what skills you have. I'm not really interested in your overall wage, more just how much you charge per hour.
I currently know only HTML and CSS - based on my designs (on my template site), how much should I currently be charging per hour would you say?
