hi there, php pro bid is a great application for auctions...it has many fantasic features too...it is not free and the price tag is a bit high, but well worth it

I've never set up an auction site, but I agree with teclive. PHP Pro Bid is a very good application to use.

Yes there are so many but you did not quote the business nature, softwares differs from field to field for aution.........

For the money and the great support, and the features and the mods available, then phpprobid is your only sensible option.

Any potential safety issues because if you try and run a serious auction site, you are better made than want. Since the former made it easier for people to go through the code and find holes to exploit and making available to the public. Then you made a bulk uploader for your site will be able to. Auction site so you have a more secure one.

There are many site available, I know one software called – eAuctionWatcher
I am using this one. Very good one, try download and enjoy using it.

I'm trying to set up one as wel, but I'm unsure what to go with. It's for a new client and I have around 3,000 to spend (max) which includes graphics and other extras in the package I outlined. Some of the issues I foresee is he wants to add 10 seconds to to the clock when there's a bid in the last minute, and several similar requirements. I'm unsure if it's possible to met these? I'm checking out pro bid but it's going to be a while before I can figure out what to do with unless I can find someone to work with on this that has experience in the software.
