Hi,

Was wondering about selling PHP scripts... is it legal to sell them in a webshop solution? Or will there be licence issues with PHP or prehaps MySQL?

Php and mysql are both open source projects so you will have no problems there.

You may sell anything you create or obtain the rights to sell. When buying rights there are different levels that can be purchased. Master resale or private label rights being the highest and just usage rights being the lowest.
