Hello to all,
Just curious if many of you register as an LLC company for your site?
Or maybe a person who runs a forum might want to do this as you might get sued from what people say on your forums?
I read last year that Apple sued a forum for leaking information. Now I am not sure of the details, yet maybe they were suing for who gave them the info or what.
I just want to be safe myself and looking for info on what you have found out or do for your own sites
