Hi

I have few questions to ask regarding shipping methods, charges and carriers.


1) What's the best way to charge buyers for shipping an 1 to 1.5 lb item for
a shopping cart that only supports Flat rate and Weight ?

2) Whats the best type of account I should open with the shipping carriers for a small business? If I sign up with Ups, Fedex, and USPS, do you have to pay monthly fee ?
