Hi everyone, our company is looking to sell some DVD's and books online - our current fulfillment house is a small christian organization and they will not be able to handle the capacity and be integrated with our brand enough to our standards.
does anyone know any good fulfillment houses within North america that will be able to package, and ship to all the orders that we receive through our ecommerce system?
last, but not least, say we are using paypal and OScommerce. we are currently in BC, canada - will the tax burden be on us for sales to canadians only? or do we have to charge tax for americans. Where does the tax burden stand?
As well, is it necessary to have an SSL certificate for any ecommerce things we set up?
