I'm looking for something similar to directtrack.com

But it needs to be something I can install on my own servers, I don't want a third party controlling/hosting our data.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Does affiliate network software like this even exist?

Try iDevAffiliate or Post Affiliate Pro. I think both offer software you can install on your server.

I haven't used either so I can't say how well either works, but both have been recommended to me.
