I’ve seen how online service outsourcing is becoming more and more popular these days. I’ve seen sites like <removed link drop> and <removed link drop> but I wonder what I need to build stuff like this. Has anyone used these sites? What are the most common problems you get from outsourcing or freelancing? I want to hear the vioce from both sides of the outsource business. I appreciate your reply.

The biggest issues are trust and communication.

Trust:
Those contracting want to make sure they get their money's worth, those working want to make sure they are compensated fairly for their efforts.

Communication:
With (or without) language issues often there is confusion in communicating and understanding the work to be done.

I've only dealt with outsourcing once, it reminded me of the exercise from elementary school where you have to write out instructions for making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. If you say put peanut butter and jelly between bread, they put a jar of peanut butter and a jar of jelly between two unopened loaves of bread. You have to explain things in strenuously detailed and literal terms otherwise they would mess it up.

That's a really good example of one of the major problems with outsourcing.

The time is takes to specify something to such a fine level of detail can often take longer than just doing the work.

Hey Andrea, When you use a quality outsourcing site they usually have guaranteed payment procedures for both parties. As long as the protected payment procedures are used things go smoothly. Good Pluck

HI Andrew, yourself need to be safe by using safe payment systems where you can get your refunds easily if you are not satisfied with the services.
