I am building a site for a client and basically it needs to do the following;

User logs in or registers if first time user

User submits a form for a service.

Form is reviewed and replay is sent to user to say if the service is available.

Email link is sent to user with details on how to pay-online

Whats the best way to go about doing this for a designer who has limited php knowledge?

Options:

1/ Buy or find a free script that does EXACTLY what you want (Highly unlikely)

2/ Pay someone to write it for you.

3/ Learn more PHP coding.
