My company has developed a software, right now its private (only for my clients) that has a very simple interface that is both a CMS and Ecommerce with a good amount of self marketing options/settings. I'm debating making this available to other designers so they can sell to their clients, but wanted to get a sense of "need" from the public. So where else better than here
Please read below and if you could answer the following:
1. Have you seen anything else like this? if so where?
2. On a scale of 1-5, is this something you would use?
3. On a scale of 1-5, is this something that has been needed for a while now?

First of all, its PHP, Ajax, Javascript, CSS and HTML. The entire system is based for web designers to be allowed to design as they wish with no compromises. You don't need any programming experience just HTML & CSS.
1. Store: Products - descriptions, image(s), attributes, and choose "you'll also like" products. Categories - create categories and sub categories. Orders - track, search and edit orders
2. Pages: create X amount of Pages, WYSIWYG editor, select template design, quick save, preview, custom interface for inserting media (images, docs, videos)
3. Files Manager: upload images, create image galleries, auto organizer of docs, images, videos, auto thumbnail generation
4. In-Touch Section: Client Lists (preview, edit), E-marketing (mass email to using client list, edit save emails), Customer Management (tracks all customer registration from store)
5. Form Manager: create new forms, save forms, it also saves form submissions to Client List & Customer Management sections
6. SEO Manager: quickly view all pages meta tags, edit filename, title, meta keywords, meta description for all pages and products
7. Menu Manager: drag and drop menu position, create new drop downs, group menus
8. Settings & Marketing:
Shipping settings - set price based shipping or weight based shipping per state, city or country
Payment Settings - paypal and paypal pro or we can custom configure any payment processing.
Tax Settings - set taxes per city, state or country
Marketing & Promotions - Discounts: Create and manage store wide discounts per product/category/price. Gift Certificates & Coupons: Create and manage gift certificates and coupon codes.
