Hello everyone I was wondering if anyone records their phone orders in order
to deter people from filing a charge back. If so which equipment do you use and do you find that this has decreased the amount of charge backs you receive. I am aware that the customer would hear a message letting them know that this conversation is being recorded.

First, you need to make sure that recording them is legal and under what conditions it is legal..

Second, if people are planning to rip you off then recording them won't slow them down even a little bit..
