Hi,

I have just recently set up a website that sells sex toys etc and I have been looking into online service payment providers.

I have requested quotes from around 10 providers, and the lowest rates I was given were from Cashtronics, but I have not heard of them before…….

Ne suggestions?

Trying to get up and running as soon as possible!

Thanks!

Catherine

not sure if you mean payment gateways??

A good payment gateway I have used from AU is eWay.com.au. They have support for a lot of banks and are a know company. Also you could look at paypal gateway. also, eway has got good prices on SSL certificates, can get GEO trust for good price in comparisment to getting it directly from GEO site. You could also look at Veri Sign but a lot more expensive, the cheapest option is go through a shared ssl, hope this helps out.

Paypal is ok if you are small or don't have other options available to you. Otherwise I would always choose a true merchant account with a payment gateway first. Far more professional and powerful.

I own a few businesses and an ecommerce store and I use Bank Associates Merchant Services (www.bams.com) for all of my merchant accounts. Their rates seem to me to be very competitive and they are always very quick to reply when I have any questions, etc... Also, I get my deposits no later than 24 hours after I process a sale - sometimes in just 12 hours, depending on when I batch out.

Good luck!

Hi
If you sell only in nationally - i would go to direct account with banks such as HSBC, Loyds , RBS , Chase etc.
If you want to sell internationally and to go live fast- i would recommand Gate2Shop - good service, good prices.
