First of all, hello everyone.

I have opened a web design studio in Croatia, and was thinking of how to get a partner outside of Croatia. Since I know my biggest rival has an partnership with web development firm in UK, I was wondering how to get it or even how to get name of potential studio that is willing to get in a partnership, that is outside of Croatia. In example of my rival, he has a partnership with studio that isnt a studio, but they rather find jobs and redirects them to my rival (they dont do any coding etc.), and after the job is done, they split the profits.

So, my real question is how to get in touch with that kind of web studio, or even how to find them.

Any ideas?

I would suggest trying to find people that are looking to outsource from either the U.S., the U.K, or Australia, and offer them prices that are substantially lower than they would be paying employees in their given countries.

Go to some trade shows...partnerships are all about relationships...and relationships are often done in person.
