Buying traffic from another site is not a very good idea according to me. As almost everybody above me has suggested you the same, i would also suggest the same that instead of investing your money in buying the traffic you better invest your time in learning various SEO techniques and use them to increase the potential traffic for your website. There are enormous SEO channels which will help you to build a high ranking for your website. They are easy to use and various tools are being provided by google to evaluate which one suites you the best, or which one is more efficient in use.
